The President serves as the official representative of the association. He/she presides over regular meetings and meetings of the Executive Board, appoints chairpersons to all standing and special committees, serves as ex-officio member on all committees, and communicates with other officers, advisors, and members concerning the activities and programs of the association.

The Secretary keeps minutes of all meetings and other proceedings and reports the minutes at the monthly meetings when requested by the president. He/she submits monthly notices to area newspapers concerning the program at each monthly meeting, sends "thank-you" notes to speakers, mails out membership packages to new members, and performs other correspondence as requested by the president.
- Treasurer: Annette Steck
The Treasurer receives and dispenses N.O.A.H. funds as needed and at the direction of the president. He/she keeps an ongoing tabulation of all receipts and disbursements and reports at each monthly meeting, keeps the membership roster up to date, and keeps records regarding the payment of dues by members.
- Sergeant-at-Arms: Eric Erb
The Sergeant-at-Arms is responsible for keeping order at all meetings and all functions sponsored by the association. He/she keeps all saleable materials which are the property of N.O.A.H., and assists the treasurer at each meeting in selling and maintaining inventory of those items.
- Members-at-Large: Tony Lemut, Mike Scengie and Pam Ream
Leap into Action (LIA) is a regional initiative - a group of more than two dozen conservation and science-related organizations and groups in Northeast Ohio working together in 2008 to highlight amphibians and their habitats through special events, activities, displays and programs throughout the year. Our goals are to support and highlight regional amphibian/ wetland conservation efforts, raise awareness about the plight of amphibians and promote real opportunities for the public to directly support and get involved in amphibian and wetland conservation efforts right here in Northeast Ohio.
